I LOVE this place. A LOT. It's clean, fresh, mostly organic, and very vegan friendly. Also, there are locations almost everywhere! If I'm going for breakfast I'll usually order the vegan quiche:

Other vegan breakfast options include a rice pudding, granola, a tofu scramble, and some others. Their vegan lunch options are great also: black bean tartine, avocado tartine, yummy salads, Mediterranean platter, vegan soups, TRULY GREAT FOOD. Find a location near you and go for any meal, you'll love it!
I like food. And although I can appreciate the decadence of all kinds of foods, I have opted for a conscious, vegetarian (mainly vegan) lifestyle. I believe that anyone can make decadent food by just adding fats, butter, and sugar to recipes, thats easy, but to find those who can master delicious food without the extreme use of these things, now those are the TRUE ARTISTS. So this blog is a journey, a journey in the land of yummy, hidden, healthy foods wherever I can find them!
